*Ingredients °3/4 cup flour °2 tablespoons cornstarch °1/4 teaspoon baking soda °1/4 teaspoon baking powder °1/4 tsp salt °3/4 cup water *Directions: Sift the dry ingredients. Add water and mix well.  Using to coat fish or chicken fillets. Totally cover the fish. Fry to golden brown. Enjoy !
