Low Carb Meatballs 

These chewy and delicious keto-friendly meatballs are made with Parmesan cheese and flaxseed flour, and are perfect for a weeknight dinner.

To keep it low carb, be sure to use low carb tomato sauce, or even better, homemade marinara sauce.


° 1½ pounds ground beef

° 1 egg

°2 tablespoons grated parmesan

° 1 tablespoon flax seed flour

° 1 teaspoon dried oregano

° salt and ground black pepper to taste

° 1 tablespoon olive oil

° 1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce

*Step by step

Combine ground beef, egg, Parmesan, flax seeds, oregano, salt and pepper in bowl; stir until well blended. Rolling mix into ball size of ball.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs; cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Pour tomato sauce over meatballs; simmer 25 to 30 minutes.
