*Ingredients / for 10 people
°125ml whipping cream
°1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 Mix the cream, sugar and salt in a saucepan over low heat, when bubbles appear at the edge of the pan (do not let it boil), add the chocolate cut into pieces, mix quickly until half of the chocolate is melted, keep stirring away from the heat.
2 Let cool, refrigerate until firm about 2 hours.To finishForm small balls of the chocolate mixture with your hands. roll them in grated coconut.
Place the balls in the freezer until firm. Take them out just before serving (they are firm but not frozen).
