°16 oz cream cheese, softened
°4 tablespoons sour cream
°5 tablespoons light mayonnaise
°1 tablespoon pickle juice
°1 1/3 cup finely diced dill pickles
°1/2 cup beef jerky, chopped
°1/3 cup finely diced red onion
°1 teaspoon black pepper
°6 burrito-sized flour tortillas
First, take a large dish and mix it with cream cheese, sour cream, light mayonnaise, pickle juice, ground black pepper and garlic powder.
You should stir it until it is well mixed. Next, stir in the dill pickles, red onion and beef jerky.
Then you need to spread 1/6 of the filling on the tortilla using a rubber spatula and roll up tight.
After that, cover the tortilla in a plastic sheet (envelope). You need to repeat the procedure until all the ingredients are used up.
Rolled tortillas should be refrigerated for a few hours before serving, then cut into 1-inch slices.
