Macaroni-Salad

* Ingredients :


°2 C macaroni noodle

°1/2 c diced red bell pepper

°1/2 cup (125 mL) diced green bell pepper

°1 green onion finely chopped

°1/2 c grated carrots

°1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise (make your own mayonnaise)

°1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

°1 tablespoon sugar

°1 teaspoon salt

°1/2 teaspoon pepper

* Methods:


Cooking macaroni according to methods . Drain pasta.

Put apart. In a bowl, blending  mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, place the pasta. Then the vegetables.

Next, the sauce. Mix well. Covering & refrigerate for 2-4 h before serving .
