Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

*Ingredients (6 people)




°Tomato sauce and sour cream

°1 liter of sauerkraut juice and 1 liter of vegetable broth

°750g ground beef

°250g minced pork

°2 eggs

°1 finely chopped onion

°1 large cabbage

°250g rice

* Methods:

Take the large cabbage leaves, removing the tough ribs.

Boil them until they soften.

2 Mix rice, meat, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Place some of this mixture in each sheet and fold and roll.

3 In an ovenproof casserole dish, place the pork rind (for flavor) and the remaining cabbage leaves at the bottom. Lay the rolls on it, folds down.

4 Add tomato sauce, pepper, salt and broth and sauerkraut juice.Cover and cook in the oven for one hour.Removing lid and cooking gently for other 1.5 h..
