°4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, thin and pressed
°1/2 teaspoon salt
°1 tablespoon seasoning (or any other seasoning of your choice)
°3/4 teaspoon pepper
°1 cup flour
°2 teaspoons paprika
°1/2 steak butter
* Directions :
Put the chicken in a bowl of milk to marinate for 25 minutes.
Put the salt, pepper, flour, and paprika into a zip-top bag or a large bowl.
Heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Melt the butter and pour it into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Make sure the bottom of the dish is coated with the melted butter.
Remove the chicken from the milk and shake off any excess milk, then dip (or shake) each chicken piece in the seasoning mixture provided in a zip-top bag or bowl.
Make sure each chicken breast is well coated with the seasoning, then put it in the baking dish.
