Cinnamon Apple Cake


°1/2 cup soft butter

°1/2 cup sugar

°1/2 cup dark brown sugar

°2 eggs

°1/4 tsp vanilla

°1 1/4 c flour

°1 tsp baking soda

°1 tsp ground cinnamon

°1/4 tsp salt

° 1 1/2 cups peeled and diced apples (about 2 medium-sized apples)

°1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spraying  9-inch around cake pan with cook spray.In  bowl, beat butter also sugars with an electric blender on medium speed to light and fluffy.

Beat the eggs, one at a time. Add the vanilla, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Adding chop apples & walnuts, toss. Put the spoon in the greased frying pan.

Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10-15 minutes. Cut the warm cake into slices and serve with ice cream.
