Fried Chicken


°1 chicken cut into 8 pieces

°2 eggs

°150 grams of flour

°20 cl milk

°0.5 tbsp. garlic-powder

°Fry oil

* Steps:

Beat eggs with  fork wiith milk. Pour flour to plastic bag.

Adding garlic, 1/2 tsp.

Ground pepper & ½ tsp salt.

Flip the chicken pieces into the eggs, put in the bag, and shake in all directions to coat the chicken well with flour.

Heat 2 cm of oil in a large frying pan.

Fry the chicken pieces for 20 minutes over a medium heat, flipping them halfway through the cooking period.

Line it up on Absorbent paper.

Serving with sweet corn.
