Taco Bell

Taco is a classic dish of Mexican cuisine and Mexican cuisine.It consists of one or two tortillas, usually corn, except in northern Mexico, filled with different ingredients: meat, fish, seafood, vegetables or starches.

The consumer generally adds onions, coriander, lemon, and chili sauce. Tacos are usually eaten without place settings, folded in half or, in rare cases, wrapped like a burrito.

In restaurants and on the streets of Takeria, it is often served on a plate with tortillas laid flat under the filling. In Mexico and then in Canada, tacos were popularized as an element of fast food, notably by the fast-food chain Taco Bell, using hard, U-shaped tortillas. March 31 is Taco Dia del Taco in Mexico.

* Mexican Beef Taco Ingredients


+For 16 beef tacos:

°600 grams of minced meat,

° 1 yellow onion,

°Garlic

° 1 jar of ready-made sauce such as Old El Paso,

° 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Fry the meat in oil with chopped onions and garlic.Pour the sauce and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Reheat the tacos in the microwave for 1 minute or in the oven at 180°C or 6 for 3 minutes.Place the meat tacos in the sauce.Add the chosen decorations.
