Chocolate Pie

* Ingredients : 

°200 gm dark chocolate

°8 cl of milk

°fresh liquid cream

°20 cl of liquid cream

°egg 1

* Methods :

Serve – a 26 cm cake pan and preheat the oven to 180

° C (thermostat 6). Preparing dough by mixing all dried ingredients first.

Knead the dough until you can form it into a ball.

Flatten it using a rolling pin.

When the pastry base is cooked, mix the beaten eggs with the chocolate cream mixture.

Step 13 Sprinkle with cocoa powder if necessary once the pie has cooled.
