* Ingredients:
° 1 cup of brown sugar
° 4 tablespoons of butter
° 1/2 teaspoon of salt
° 1/4 cup of 35% cream + 1/4 cup of milk
° 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
* Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients in a small pot and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (6 to 9 minutes). Store in an airtight container for about 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
