Philly-Cheesesteak-Egg Rolls are make with rib eye steak, onions, peppers & provolone cheese, all roll & fried to crunchy perfect . The ultimate appetizer or snack on game day!
°1 1/2 tablespoons butter
°1 chopped green pepper
°1/2 cup chopped onion
°1 pound rib eye steak, trimmed or coarsely sliced
°Salt and pepper to taste
°6 slices of provolone cheese
°12 egg rolls
°Ranch for diving optional
* Methods :
Melt half of butter in skillet on medium heat. Adding pepper & onion & cooking for 3-4 min .
Removing vegetables to pan and covering to continue them warm.
Melting other half of butter & adding rib eye to skillet. Adding salt also pepper to taste.Cook steak for 3-4 minutes or until browned and fully cooked.Placing peppers & onions back to skillet with steak.
Lay the egg roll and place half the cheese slice in the middle.Placing 2-3 tsp of steak filling on every egg roll wrapper also fold accord to pack directions, use water to seal edges of the wrappers as you go.
Pour 2-3 inches of oil to deep skillet. Heat oil 350 degrees. Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time, flipping occasionally, until brown, about 3-5 minutes.
Draiin on paper towels also serving with your choiice of sauce.
