POTATO PANCAKES

Potato pancakes are pancake-style, soft to the core, and perfect for a Sunday evening meal.


* Ingredients: 8 people.


° 3 potatoes

° 2 onions

° 40 cl of milk

° 2 eggs

° 4 tablespoons. flour spoon

° 1 c. Baking powder

° olive oil

° Fresh chopped chives

° salt pepper


* preparation:
1.Wash and peel the potatoes.

2.Peel onions and chop finely.

3.Grate the potatoes and put them in a bowl with the chopped onion and flour and mix well.

4.Separate the egg white from the yolk.

5.Beat egg whites until frozen.

6.In a bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, salt and pepper. Gently add the egg whites with a spoon.

7.Add the mixture to the potato flour mixture and mix well until you get a very homogeneous dough.

8.Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook small scoops of dough for 2-3 minutes on each side.

9.Serve the pancakes warm or cold with chopped chives.
