6 – 8 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced

1 stick melted unsalted butter

1 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

⅛ teaspoon salt

1 cup milk


Preheated oven to 375 °F .

Pour the ghee into the center of a 9×13-inch skillet; do not put butter in the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, 1 cup sugar, salt and yeast. Slowly pour in the milk and vanilla extract and stir until combined. Pour the mixture over the butter, but do not stir.

Put the brown sugar, peaches, and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat it over high heat. Continue stirring until the sugar is completely melted and the peaches are drained.

Drizzle over peaches. Do not move. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown on the surface. Serve hot.
