White-Chocolate-Fudge with pecans &caramel


°1 1/2 pounds 680g white chocolate for baking or chocolate coating

°1 can  Brand Condens Milk Low Salt

°1 1/2 tsp.  vanilla extract

°1/2 C chop candied-cherries

°1/2 C chop walnuts ()

* Methods :

 1: Melt the chocolate with sweetened condensed milk and salt. raised from the fire. Adding-vanilla, cherries &; walnut   

2: Spreadiing in an 8 squaree pan line with-paper. Putting it in fridge for 2 h or to it harden.   

3: Removing paper & cut it to squares. Putting it in airtight container also stored at temperature room.
