This creamy, comforting, old-fashioned rice pudding recipe is easy to prepare on the stovetop. It’s a convenient, quick-fix snack or perfect dessert for cold afternoons !

If you’ve never tried rice pudding, you really should. The rice pudding is very nice and served warm. It’s full of the warm flavors of cinnamon and brown sugar! When the weather warms up, rice pudding can be served cold to become a sweet and refreshing summertime treat.

 Letting it simmer slowly allows it to swell and become more candy-like. The combination of texture and flavor is delicious.

* Ingredients :

° 2/3 c. Minute rice

° 2 3/4 c. milk

° 1/3 c. Sugar

° 1 tbsp. butter

° 1/2 tsp. salt

° 1/2 tsp. vanilla

° 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg

° cinnamon

° 1/2 c. raisin

* IInstructions :

Step 1: Combine rice flour, milk, raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla, and nutmeg in a 1-quart buttered baking dish.

Step 2: Baking in a 350 degree oven about 1 h , stir after 15 min & again when pudding is done.

Step 3 : Spreading wiith Cinnamon.The last step: Serving warm . The pudding thicken as it stands.
