This beef patty is perfect for those cold winter days.

* ingredients :

°1 c. tablespoon butter

°½ pound beef shoulder, diced

°1 small sweet potato, peeled and chopped

°2 chopped carrots

°2 red potatoes, cut into cubes

°1/2 onion, chopped

°1/2 tsp. garlic powder

°Black pepper to taste

°1 cup Guinness®️ beer

°1 sachet (21 g) brown broth mixture

°1/2 tsp. garlic powder

°1/4 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

°2 sheets of puffed dough, thawed

* Preparation steps :

Preparation: 25 minutes › Cooking: 45 minutes › Preparation: 1 hour 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 375°C (190°C).

Line a baking tray with the first sheet of dough.Heat skillet on high heat.

Add butter, beef, sweet potatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, ½ tsp. Onion-powder-with-salt add. Heat, stirring, until meat is evenly cooked through, about 10 minutes.

Transfer it to a baking dish.In a small saucepan, whisk together beer and brown sauce mixture, 1/2 tsp. Garlic powder, thyme and pepper.

Heat over low heat, stirring, until sauce thickens, 5 minutes. Pour over meat mixture.Lay the second dough sheet on top, close the edges and cut them, then make 2-3 small slits on the top of the pie.

Bake in the oven until pastry is golden and meat is tender, about 45-50 minutes.
