This plain and summery tomato and cucumber salad provides a delightful comparison to the heavy flavors of the side dish. Sauces and seasonings are short, which is why you want to consume more, and cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes have an intense, pleasant crunch.
The taste is more intense due to the juice and pulp of the lemon.It would be delicious as a light lunch option for barbecues, food or side dishes with veggies, or perhaps even better for people who watch their carbohydrate intake during the summer months as they celebrate the big holidays.
Go ahead and make a large amount of this and store it in the refrigerator for later consumption.

* Ingredients :
° 3 medium tomatoes.
° 4 small cucumbers, cut into thin round slices – 4
° 2 medium sized green onions, chopped.
+To make Marinette, you will need:
° 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
° 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
° black pepper.
+ For GARNISH I used:
° A tablespoon of oregano.
The first thing I started with was preparing the vegetables. I cut the tomato into very thin slices, I also cut the cucumber into slices, and I cut 2 green onions, medium into very small pieces.
Next, in a small bowl, I mixed 1 part olive oil, 1 part lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
Then I chose a serving plate and put fresh tomato slices and chopped onions, then topped with cucumber slices.
The fourth step:
Finally, I poured the lemon dressing over the salad, and for garnish, I used dried thyme before serving.
