* You will need:
°4 kilos beef short ribs, sliced

°three tablespoons tomato paste
°2 tablespoons brown sugar
°2 teaspoons salt
°1/4 tsp peppercayenne
°three cups beef broth, sprinkle pepper over brief ribs. Heat olive oil in a large flame retardant saucepan with grilled ribs
°four or five at a time, browning properly on all sides. Drain it on paper towels because it turns brown.

In a bowl, blend vinegar, tomato paste, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Pour on beef & vegetables, then adding beef broth to covering.
