°Eggs 3

°Sugar 120 g

°Soft butter 119 g

°Flour 49 g

°Lemon 2 zest

°Grate coconut 79 g

°Vanilla-sugar 1 sachet

°Salt-2-pinch   

* Preparation  :


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Break eggs & separate whites from yolks.

In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar.

Bit by bit adding  egg yolks when  stir. & stir in coconut, sift flour also lemon zest.

Whisks egg white to stiff & salt. Gradually integrate them To dough.

Stir gently and pour everything into a buttered and floured mold.

Bake for about 25 minutes.

Sprinkle the cake with vanilla sugar when it comes out of the oven.
