°Sugar 120 g
°Soft butter 119 g
°Flour 49 g
°Lemon 2 zest
°Grate coconut 79 g
°Vanilla-sugar 1 sachet
* Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Break eggs & separate whites from yolks.
In a bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar.
