Beef liver and onions

A sweet dish on the palate, with a slightly sweet/salty side!

*Ingredients :

°2 . person

°Two slices of beef liver

°1 cup Monbasilac

°1 onion (large)

°1 c. to s. meat stock

°1 c. to c. olive-oilS



* directions :

Peel the onion and chop very finely.

Cutting liver  to thin slices.

2 Heat the oil and fry the onions in it.Once it has melted a little, add the liver and mix.

3 Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and meat broth.

Pour in the wine, and mix.

Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
